I would like to commend Delores Cowley for her care in transporting me in a wheelchair on Saturday, September 29. She was friendly and professional in her job. It was a comfort to feel that I was in caring hands.

My 85 year old mother just arrived in Chicago this afternoon at Terminal 1 @ O'Hare. We had the pleasure of using the services of your Delores Cowley to transport my mother from the gate to the baggage area and then on to the pick up area well.

I am sending this mail to recognize the help and assistance provided by your employee, Tharcisse Maganya. He assisted my mother who was on her first solo trip to India from Seattle. Tharcisse was extremely courteous, kind and understanding. He waited till my mother finished her meals to wheelchair her out to the security. He helped her through security and then also as a finishing courtesy called me on my cell phone to let me know that she had boarded the plane and was well settled for her trip. My mother and I are very grateful for his help and his efforts made her anxieties seem little.

I am writing at this time to let you know about the good care that I received from Margarit Cui. On a return flight, United Airlines 8166, on August 6, 2007; @ 0452hrs, I required wheelchair assistance. Margarit took me to the destination I required quickly and efficiently, and even though it was the early morning hours, she was very friendly, kind, and alert. I appreciated her helpfulness as I was alone in a strange city, in considerable pain and very, very tired. Margarit's friendliness helped to take my mind off of my pain and help me feel a little safer. She stayed with me until the shuttle I needed came and let me know how to get to my next stop. I apologize for taking so long to write this note, but I'm still recovering from my holiday. Also, I am using my friend's computer which is why there is a discrepancy in the names. Thank you for having such good and kind people on your staff.

This note is to let you folks know that your employee , Ms. Diamond, did an outstanding job of assisting my disabled uncle with wheelchair service on October 17 and again on October 21, 2007 at LAX. She was courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. She went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure that my uncle and the rest of our party got through security checks and to our gate quickly and efficiently. I just wish that all the people we have to deal with during our air travel were this nice and pleasant. Her positive attitude and professionalism are to be commended. I would like to congratulate you on your choice of employees; I arrived in Los Angeles on United Flight 1621 on Monday Oct. 22, 2007. I am handicapped and use a wheelchair, Margarit Cui met me at the airplane and took care of everything for me, from pushing me to getting my luggage and taking me out to the taxi's and getting me loaded and seen to, to go home. She was wonderful and I am really grateful for all her help and concern. Please thank her for me, and I hope I get her again if I have to travel.

This is just to let you know about the efficient and courteous service that my husband and I received from Ms. Donna Floyd as my husband and I passed through O'Hare Airport on Thursday, September 26. Due to a previous stroke, my husband needed assistance getting through security and to the gate. She was quite professional and kind in taking him in a wheelchair all the way. We appreciate her warm-hearted good service.

I was returning home from Europe with a herniated disc in my lower back and unable to walk more than 25 feet. My wife and I were greeted by Tahira Tawakul at the gate. I just wanted to say how fantastic she is. Her service was outstanding and concern and gentleness even better. It is always wonderful to receive help from such nice people. After having already travelled for 16 hours at that point, it made all the difference. Please thank Tahira for us and thank you for having such great people.

On October 18 th , 2007 I was flying from Chicago to Baltimore on United Airlines. Your employee, Mrs. Grace Sam, assisted in the wheelchair and in getting my dog registered for the flight. Mrs. Sam went out of her way to be thoughtful and helpful to me and I appreciated her consideration. It certainly made my trip easier and more enjoyable. All airlines should have employees like Mrs. Sam and I hope you will let her know I wrote to you and commended her on her caring attitude towards her travelers.

I recently flew out and in at Sea-Tac airport. I used two of your specialists:
Dave Brisson and Charles Kovacs, Jr. I got their cards mixed up so I don't remember who did what, but they were both very helpful in getting me to my plane and then back for luggage and to Shuttle Express. I stopped in several cities and did not experience the same quality of care and concern in any of them. Thank you for your service.
